Hi! I’m Megan, the creator behind Rebel Cake Co. Although I’ve worked in food in one aspect or another most of my career, I kind of stumbled into baking later in life. The last birthday I had with my mom she gave me a set of Cake Boss cake pans. I have no idea why, I never liked to bake and I had 4 kids, one still in diapers (which equals zero free time). So I smiled and thanked her, and didn’t think about it again for a few weeks until I glanced at them, still on my kitchen table and figured what the hell, let’s make a cake. The rest is a lot of YouTube/crying/yelling history. I truly believe my mom knew what I was meant to do. She LOVED “her boys” (the Runnin’ Rebels) and I was always her “her little Rebel,” and so Rebel Cake Co. was born, as my thank you to her
