At Rebel Cake Co (formerly Meats and Treats), our mission is to create memorable and lasting experiences for our clients using our favorite medium, SUGAR. With some of the best custom cakes Las Vegas and Henderson has to offer, we strive to satisfy every sweet tooth possible, as well as work closely with clients in order to bring their ideas to life with edible works of art. Our Story
Meet the Artist
Hi! I'm Megan, the creator behind Rebel Cake Co. Although I've worked in food in one aspect or another most of my career, I kind of stumbled into baking later in life. The last birthday I had with my mom she gave me a set of Cake Boss cake pans. I have no idea why, I never liked to bake and I had 4 kids, one still in diapers (which equals zero free time). So I smiled and thanked her, and didn't think about it again for a few weeks until I glanced at them, still on my kitchen table and figured what the hell, let's make a cake. The rest is a lot of YouTube/crying/yelling history. I truly believe my mom knew what I was meant to do. She LOVED "her boys" (the Runnin' Rebels) and I was always her "her little Rebel," and so Rebel Cake Co. was born, as my thank you to her.
Meet the Rest of the Crew
We truly are a family run business. Although Megan is the driving force behind the cakes, she couldn't do this without the support of her jack of all trades husband Bryon, who takes care of ALL the heavy lifting and so much more. And of course, their 4 kiddos, Kai (the social media man), Lyrik (baker/artist in training), Qwin (official crooked labeler), and Kaydence (ride or die/carpool lane partner). Between the 6 of us you're guaranteed a sweet experience!

At Rebel Cake Co, we are committed to giving back to the community. If you are a non-profit with an event and need desserts, please contact us to discuss a discounted menu.
